A trip to the Incan sanctuaries is a journey to the cosmos, nature and the human being himself. The pre-Colombian cultures integrated cosmic laws in their architecture.

The decisions about the choice of places of worship and their locations were made on the basis of realities given by nature itself, in places where the landscape conjugates perfectly with cosmologic observations.

Let´s explore the archaeological complexes in Cusco and the Sacred Valley of the Incas, the planning and construction of which are based on astronomy, in combination with the data of historical chronicles and indigenous cosmo-vision in present days. Thus, harmony between the cosmos, human being and nature is visualized and experienced in an impressive way.

The ideology in the Sanctuary, highlights a cult dedicated to the totality of what it is, what exists, the immense here and now, visible or occult, mobile or immobile, large or small, over or under, in front or behind, to the right or to the left. Here everything is magic, enchanted and alive.

Do not separate the divine from the created, but rather know aspects:

What is outside, visible, tangible, natural, measurable, and what is within, vital, occult, magical, non-measurable. These are integrated as a world or “Cosmos”, but differentiated in moments, hierarchies, aspects or zones.
