TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1. Registration via e-mail (registration form) is equivalent to a contract concluded between the two sides.
1.2. When registration is received here in Peru, we will send confirmation of the contract within three days.
2. On payments
2.1.50% of the cost of the package is required after confirming the reservation, within 8 days. The remainder must be paid 60 days before departure.
2.2. If you sign up within those 60 days or less before departure, once your registration has been confirmed, the total amount must be deposited within 3 days.
3. - On cancellations and refunds:
3.1. Cancelations must be made in writing and sent to our E-mail.
3.2. The refunded amount will be based on the cost of the chosen package.
- Cancellation until 31 days before departure: 80% refund of the cost of the package.
- 30-16 days before departure: 50% refund of the cost of the package.
- 16-01 days before departure: there will be no refund of the deposited amount.
3.3. In case you would not send us your written cancelation and wouldn´t show up at the seminar, there won´t be any refund of the prepaid amount.
3.4. - In the event that the Apulaya - Center for Andean Culture should cancel the package for any reason, any payment made in advance will be immediately refunded.
3.5. - There will be no reimbursement for services not taken advantage of (For example: Lodging, food and transportation).
3.6.- In case of force majeure, any of the services already paid could not be taken advantage of by the participant (lodging, food, or any other service),a refund is possible, but this is only possible if the person or company that provides such services accepts to return the agreed fee.
4.-We guarantee planning efficiency for the program´s optimal development, as well as a careful selection of third parties that provide other services.
5. - Itineraries and departures may be subject to some changes because of bad weather, delayed flights, trains, illness or circumstances beyond our control. In the event that this may lead to extra expenses, these will be considered as the participant´s responsibility.
6. - If the minimum amount of registered participants is not reached, La Apulaya - Center for Andean Culture also ensures the development of the program, but has the right to make some changes which will be previously reported to the participants.
7. - La Apulaya - Center for Andean Culture reserves itself the possibility of changing the agreed cost of any of the packages in the event of an unexpected inflation or price changes that are beyond our control and we will communicate these changes as we make them.
8. - It is vital for participants to communicate any health problem before the program starts.
9. - La Apulaya - Center for Andean Culture reserves itself the right to exclude any participant if he or she is not physically or mentally fit for this program or if the chosen services have not been completely paid for.
In this case, there will be no refund.
10.1. - La Apulaya - Center for Andean Culture strives to take every possible precaution for your safety, but is not responsible for incidents beyond its reach, such as lost luggage or belongings in poor condition, transportation cancellation, illness, injury, losses due to some natural disaster or social unrest that may arise out of our control, but if a member of the group is handicapped or sick, we are committed to assist and take him or her to a doctor or clinic.
10.2. However, the extra expenses incurred, such as hospitalization if applicable, will remain the passenger´s responsibility. In case of an accident, the expenses of an emergency evacuation or others are assumed by the passenger. In any case, we recommend you to subscribe a travel insurance that covers accidents, trip cancellation and emergency evacuation.
